This case records the cooperation with a new Indian customer. The customer learned about our mobile scissors lift through cross-border platforms. After comparing product parameters, craftsmanship and market reputation of multiple suppliers, the customer highly recognized our equipment’s performance, cost performance and production standards. For the prudence of first cooperation, the customer placed a small trial order to verify our product quality and service capability on site.
After receiving the trial order, we strictly controlled the whole fulfillment process. In the production stage, we completed parts inspection, whole machine debugging and full performance test in accordance with Indian export standards to prevent defective products from leaving the factory. Adopting multi-layer packaging of thickened cartons, shockproof foam and wooden pallets, we effectively avoided damage caused by bumping and moisture during long-distance international sea transportation, ensuring intact delivery.
After the goods arrived at the Indian warehouse smoothly, the customer was very satisfied with the product workmanship, operation stability and overall quality after unpacking inspection and commissioning, and fully recognized our products and delivery services. Benefiting from the good trial order experience and sufficient downstream market demand, the customer immediately placed a reorder for multiple sets of mobile scissors lifts.
