Optimized for European working conditions, this 14.2m articulated boom lift has a compact retracted structure and small turning radius, enabling it to flexibly pass through narrow streets and indoor factories.
Adopting a fully electric zero-emission design, the equipment fully complies with EU environmental protection construction standards. Equipped with 355° full-range rotation and ±70° wide-angle luffing functions, it can easily bypass barriers such as walls, equipment and eaves to solve complex and special high-altitude operation problems. The whole machine is equipped with multiple safety protection systems including overload protection, tilt protection, emergency braking and hydraulic self-locking, fully meeting strict European safety certification standards.
3. Export Quality Inspection, Packaging and Delivery Process
For this export order to Italy, we implemented full export-standard quality inspection. All machine movements including traveling, luffing, stretching, slewing and leveling were calibrated repeatedly. The hydraulic system is free of leakage, the electric control system operates sensitively and accurately, and all safety protection functions have passed actual testing.
The whole machine adopts multi-layer export packaging for rust prevention, dust prevention and moisture prevention. Key electrical and hydraulic parts are sealed and protected to avoid corrosion caused by humid maritime transportation environment. Meanwhile, complete English manuals, export documents, qualification certificates, tool accessories and dedicated charging equipment are provided to ensure smooth customs clearance and immediate put-into-use after arrival. The equipment has been transported to the port and officially shipped to Italy, completing the overseas delivery successfully.
